What should we wear?
We provide ponchos, shoe covers, gloves, and goggles but paint can still sneak in. Wear comfy clothes and closed‑toe shoes you don’t mind decorating.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Waivers are included in your confirmation email and are unique to each booking. Please sign before arrival for a smoother check‑in.
What ages can participate?
All ages are welcome! Children under 6 should have an assisting adult splatting with them. Let us know if you have accessibility needs we’ll help.
How long is a session?
Public sessions run 45–60 minutes including gear‑up and photo time. Private/birthday sessions can be extended with add‑ons.
Can we bring food or cake?
For private birthday parties, you can book an optional party room add‑on for snacks and cake after splatting. No food or drink in the splatter room.
Do you take photos?
Absolutely! We’re happy to take a quick before/after photo on your device if you’d like. Just ask our team.
What’s your cancellation/reschedule policy?

Where are you located and is there parking?
We’re inside Candyland (upstairs) at 122 I St, Sacramento, CA 95814. Street and garage parking are available nearby.
What’s included in a paint kit?
A canvas (8×10 or 11×14), paints, brushes/splat tools, palette tray, protective gear (as applicable), and simple step‑by‑step instructions.
How long does shipping take?
In‑stock kits usually ship in 2–4 business days. Custom kits ship in 3–5 business daysafteryour preview is approved. You’ll get tracking by email.
Can I customize colors?
Yes! Add your preferred palette in the order notes. For custom kits, include the vibe (bright, pastel, neutrals) and any must‑have colors.
What photo works best for a custom kit?
Clear, well‑lit photos with the subject centered work best selfies, pets, couples, or favorite characters. If in doubt, upload a few and add notes.
Do kits come with brushes and tools?

What’s your return policy on kits?
Unopened, non‑custom kits can be returned within 14 days. Custom kits and used items are final sale. See Policies for details.
